About

This new project will consist of 20 houses. All the houses have the same m2 , but you have the option to choose between a 2 bedroom layout or a 3 bedroom layout. The third bedroom will be placed on the ground floor.
All the properties consist of a ground floor with open layout, a first floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a solarium.
As a limited launch offer the solarium will be equipped with a barbecue, interior and exterior lightning, electrical appliances and shower screens.
The project will have a communal pool, but optional you can choose to have a jacuzzi or private pool on the solarium.
