About

These houses are built on large plots of 10000m2. Different plots are available in Aspe as well as in La romana.
On this project, you choose your own plot as well as the model of the house.
We have modern type houses like the one in the photos or more Spanish style houses. All models are available in 2 or 3 bedroom lay-outs.
A private pool of 8x4m is included in the price.

The house on the photos is our model Itaca on a plot with a value of 110000 euros. Different plots are available between 78000 and 188000 euros.

This is the perfect opportunity to build your own paradise in Spain!
The plots in Aspe are only 7 minutes from the town of Aspe and only 20 minutes to the city centre of Elche!
