When you have found the right property during your viewing trip, we proceed to draw up a contract and make a reservation deposit of 3,000 euros. (which of course is part of the total purchase price). With this payment the home is taken of the market and reserved in your name. Once you're back home, we continue to work: apply for your NIE number, a bank account is opened in your name through which you can make all necessary payments. If you want a mortgage loan in your home country or in Spain, we will help you with the application process and provide the necessary documents for the bank. We also follow closely the progress of the works until completion. We can send you pictures of the progress of the works, so you do not miss anything when you're at home. After 1 month, depending on the promotor, a certain percentage of the purchase price will be charged as initial deposit. For all your down payments can you obtain a bank guarantee. The remaining amount is paid upon delivery of the property.

Once the house is ready for delivery, we will accompany you for the inspection of the property together with the promotor. We make sure everything in and around your home is perfectly fine. The day after, we go together to the notary, where we translate the purchase contract. You and the promotor sign the deed of purchase and you immediately get handed over your keys. Meanwhile our after sales team also ensured the connection of water and electricity in your home and we are ready to receive your furniture at delivery.
