If you want a mortgage loan in your home country or in Spain, we will help you with the application process and provide the necessary documents for the bank. We also follow closely the progress of the works until completion. We can send you pictures of the progress of the works, so you do not miss anything when you're at home. After 1 month, depending on the promotor, a certain percentage of the purchase price will be charged as initial deposit. For all your down payments can you obtain a bank guarantee. The remaining amount is paid upon delivery of the property.
